I love a brand new calendar. It’s a clean slate, just waiting to be filled with all manner of wonderful things.
The new year can be a clean slate for each of us as well, removing all the regrets of 2014, throwing away all the mental and physical clutter and taking a fresh look at where we’re going.
Start this year on a positive note by taking stock of what’s really important in your life. For me, it’s family. And by making them a priority, I’m making myself a priority as well.
Taking care of myself – my mental and physical health – means I’m doing everything I can to be around for my family in the years to come.
