These are so easy to make and are a great addition to a Christmas cookie tray.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or
- margarine
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 cups coconut
- 2 squares semisweet or unsweetened chocolate, melted
DIRECTIONS:
- Melt butter, add powdered sugar and coconut. Mix well.
- Shape by teaspoonful into balls. Make indent in center of each and fill with melted chocolate.
- Chill until firm. Store in refrigerator.
Yield: 3 dozen cookies.
